The Quiet Energy Series (QE) models feature an integrated Sound Moderator in the muzzle break and are fully shrouded. Expect up to a 50% reduction in down-range noise when choosing the upgraded QE version! The Hatsan 95 has proven itself over the years, and they've now kicked it up a notch by inserting a Vortex gas piston to replace the coiled metal mainspring. If you've shot spring-piston guns before, you're in for a treat when you pull the trigger on this model! If you enjoy hunting or pest elimination, or you're just waiting for that squirrel to pop up his head one more time in your vegetable garden, then the Vortex 95 is the rifle for you.
Sometimes, you have to leave your rifle cocked for a few minutes as you wait for the right opportunity to appear. You shouldn't do that with a air gun that has a coiled metal spring, as the spring will deteriorate whenever the air gun is cocked for an extended period of time.
